Shipping policy

We ship globally. Overseas customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs charges, duties and taxes. Please be sure to check out your country's customs charges, for example the USA will not charge customs taxes on goods up to $800.

We ship Wednesday - Friday.

Orders are shipped up to three working days after purchase (with the exception of express items), please see below lead times and look out for your shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking information (if applicable)! If you have not received emails from us regarding your order, please check your junk folder.

Customers choose this option at their own risk and understand that lost parcels will not be refunded under any circumstances. We always recommend using the tracked options as we are more likely to be able to claim a refund with Royal Mail should your order go missing. In purchasing from you accept these terms. 


Please note that international shipping rates are based on an item's weight. For an exact cost please add items to your basket where the shipping price will be calculated based on your location.

Please note that Margot & Lux does not take responsibility for lost packages, UK Express orders are tracked as standard, for all orders we always advise to choose the tracked option and it is at the customer's own risk to not do so. By purchasing from Margot & Lux you accept our terms stated on this page. Please allow ten working days from the day after your shipping confirmation email before contacting us about missing orders. 

Handling & Dispatch

During busy periods such as Christmas, offers and sale, handling time for free shipping will extend to three working days. During sale periods, we may use basic and recycled packaging to save time and costs i.e. no/reused tissue, no stickers and recycled boxes/bags. Please look out for email updates on your order, when your order has shipped you will receive email confirmation.

International Shipping

All items are shipped via Royal Mail International. we recommend that overseas customers use the tracked option, however we have provided a cheaper (untracked) option to those on a budget - customers use this option at their own risk (see below). Customers are responsible for any and all customs charges on their end. Tracking information (if applicable) is provided in an email after purchase. Please feel free to reach out if you would like an alternative shipping option. Please note that Standard shipping is never guaranteed by Royal Mail and Margot & Lux do not take responsibility for lost packages, customers select this option at their own risk. It is always our advice to use the tracked options.

Current Situation - Covid & Brexit

We ship daily, orders placed after 16:00 GMT Thursdays are shipped on the following Monday. Customers are responsible for ensuring their information and shipping address has been entered correctly.

Please note, due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the UK is still experiencing shipping delays. Royal Mail is our chosen delivery partner and is overwhelmed with backlogs (and has been since April 2020). Delivery times are extremely delayed and there is no way for us to influence this. Please read product listings thoroughly for lead times, the info below on handling times and keep an eye on your inbox for shipping confirmation - only contact us regarding potentially ‘missing’ parcels ten working days counting from the day after your dispatch confirmation email.

EU Customers - The EU is now subject to customs charges so please bear this in mind when purchasing from UK companies. We are not responsible for any customs related fees or charges of any kind and you agree to these terms when purchasing as an international customer.
