We accept returns on all full price purchases, within 14 days of order. Orders with any discount are not eligible for refunds. This includes sale items.
Customers wishing to refund their purchase must contact us via email before sending their order back to us. Once you have sent your email, you can package up your item(s) and send back to us. Please read below for important information regarding your return.
You have 14 days to return your item for a full refund, store credit or exchange (online only) should you change your mind.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We do not refund lost parcels so please ensure you use a tracked service and retain proof of postage should you need to contact your delivery carrier for compensation. Please return to the address below only and copy the address to the return package in full.
Provided your return has been sent back to us in the exact same condition in which it was sold, you will be refunded as soon as we have inspected the item(s). You can expect your refund via your original method of payment and this can take up to ten working days to show on your bank statement. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your refund.
Items such as lingerie, nightwear and jewellery are non refundable under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons.
Discounted products such as offers, bundles and sale are also non refundable and this includes the use of discount codes. Please see our sale policy here.
All tags must be attached (if originally included) and you must have a copy of your e-receipt. Items must be returned in the exact same condition they were sold in and we reserve the right to refuse any return. You will be refunded via your original method of payment and refunds can take up to ten working days to show in your account, for both in store and online purchases. Please note that working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.
Please note - customers who refuse an e-receipt in store waive their right to a refund and understand that our exchange policy only applies to online purchases at the moment, unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges on items bought in store.
We do not accept returns for flaws that were not stated in the original listing, or mentioned to us in store upon purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly read all product listings and to inspect garments prior to purchase. All stock is sold as seen. Please note that;
All items are second hand and therefore in used condition.
Measurements, condition and fabrications are all listed in the descriptions of each product in order to ensure they are being accurately represented.
If you are unsure of fit, shape, fabric or have any other queries, please do not hesitate to contact us, we are more than happy to provide measurements and fit advice.
Any and all flaws will be stated in product listings or pointed out in store, but only if they affect wearability i.e. if faults are visible when worn.
Light staining, discolouration, loose threads, small holes, tears in linings and slight pilling can be expected in some cases, especially white garments - but, we do our best to ensure that all garments are cleaned, repaired and in excellent condition before listing. Please be aware that some faults will be missed and we do not accept returns for faults that have been clearly stated in product listings, or were identified in store prior to buying. Age & previous wear must be taken in to consideration for all second hand items please bear this in mind when buying.
Exchanges - Online purchases only
Should you be unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item for store credit or an exchange. Postage is non refundable and you will receive credit for the value of your purchased item(s) only. If you wish to exchange an item, this is possible - please follow the above information and note that you may only exchange for the value of the original item. We cannot refund the difference for cheaper alternative items. This policy is not valid for sale items.
